MAIN FUNCTION:

1) Planetary mixer is a new, high effect, and no dead angle mixing equipment.

2) There are 2 or 3 shafts with many agitators and 1 or 2 automatic scraper, when the shafts rotate surrounding the axis of kettle, they also rotate their own axis in high speed, make material doing shear and twist movement inside of kettle.

3) The automatic scrapers scrape material sticked on surface of wall

and bottom to make the mixing effect better.

4) Sealability is good, it can be pressed or vacuum, exhaust and defoam function is good.

5) The kettle wall is hollow, oil, water or steam can be filled into it to adjust the temperature of material, the temperature also can be adjusted by electricity.

6) The cover of kettle can be lifted up and lowered down by hydraulic pressure.

7) The kettle can be moved freely, operation is convenient.

8) Discharge method is press out, shafts and scrapers can be lifted away from kettl, it's easy to be cleaned.

9) There are many different agitators as per different materials, such as multilever agitator, frame agitator, butterfly agitator, outer wheel agitator.
